Enrollment in iQ Academy is easy.

Step 1: Register

If you have not already done so, register online to save your spot in iQ Academy.

Step 2: Enroll

Once registered, fill out and print the Enrollment Application [1 MB] and submit to iQ Academy by fax, mail, or email.*
